Check In |
For both Full plan and Seminar Only Plan, you need to check in at Holiday Inn Burbank during 3PM to 6PM on August 23 to get a Permission badge of Dojo, room Key, Breakfast ticket.
We will have a separate Check In Counter at the lobby of Holiday Inn Burbank. |

Check Out |
For full plan participants, you can check out anytime by 10:30 AM on August 27.
You can return the key to Front desk of Holiday Inn Burbank. |
| 6. |
Transportation |
We expect you to arrange a transportation to Holiday Inn Burbank by yourselves. The hotel is located 3 miles from Burbank Airport (BUR) and the Hotels has Complimentary airport Shuttle (call to the hotel from the Airport). From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), you can take a Taxi (25Miles,$55) or rent a car.
We will arrange transportations between Holiday Inn Burbank and Training Dojo during the seminar. |

Accommodation |
A hotel room will be shared by two. If you like to have your friend as a roommate, please describe in registration form.
If you prefer one person / Room, we can arrange it by additional fee, $240. Please describe your preference in registration form. |

Registration |
| The dead line is End of July or registers reach to 60 people whichever occurs earlier. |
| 9. |
Cancel Clause |
| The cancellation earlier than July 31 is no penalty. The cancellation on or after August 1 is subject to the penalty of 100% of your plan's fee. |
| 10. |
What you should bring |
| For etiquette, We like to ask you to wear a fresh and Clean Dogi at first class of each day. There is a laundry service at the hotel but it may take a day to be retuned. You need to have several dogi. |
