Hello, my name is Hitoshi Shigeno. I am helping Ushiro Sensei to conduct a seminar in Los Angeles.
I met with Ushro Sensei about one and half year ago and since then, I dedicated myself to Ushiro Sensei's karate.
This is my brog which were uploaded at Aikido Journal and I would like to share my experience with you.
